Wood as a Natural Product
As a natural product, the wood used in building your furniture is inherently different from piece to piece in grain, coloration, texture, and finished appearance. As a Unique! creation, beginning with Mother Nature, we have little, if any, control over these variations and characteristics. The difference in each piece is what makes your furniture Unique! and are not considered, within industry standards, to be flaws or defects.

Cooperage Imprints
Each barrel is marked with a cooperage imprint. The imprint will vary from table to table and we cannot guarantee which cooperage stamp or imprint will be used.

Fabric & Metal Banding Colors
Please keep in mind when choosing your color that the colors represented here may vary from the actual color received.  We try our best to provide a 100% accurate representation of our products but due to the differences in such factors as dye lots, computer monitors, cameras, and web browsers, variations are not uncommon.  As always, your satisfaction is our primary goal and we will do everything within reason to ensure you are happy with your order.

Exchanges / Returns
Please contact our customer service department at 928-277-6307 or via E-Mail at sales@uniquebarrels.com within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise with any questions or concerns. You will receive written confirmation of your concern within 24 hours via E-Mail. Should you return the item, all returns must be sent within 10 working days from receipt of original shipment, with a copy of the original packing slip or sales order.

Item must be shipped with postage pre-paid. Depending upon the nature of your return, we reserve the right to assess a 20% restocking fee. Any damage to the product occurring in the return process will be deducted from the refund amount and may negate the refund in total. Please advise our customer service representative of the exact condition of the product prior to the return. We recommend that all returns be insured. Funds will be credited back to you upon receipt, review and acceptance of the product.

No returns will be accepted or refunded for custom ordered products.
